Assessor Comments
An excellent line of 60 x August/ September 2024 Drop weaned Angus steers. Weaned and educated in early February this group represents the lead of the 24 drop Ellendon steers. Rennylea and Hazeldean Blood, these steers come highly recommended. The steers are being offered to provide room for the main group of steers. Ellendon has consistently sold heavy feeders to the market at 13/14 months of age. The steers are very good to handle and will move ahead given the opportunity on pasture or crop. Soft steers with plenty of length and bone, weighed out over 275kg. Being offered as the season dictates, buyers can take the opportunity to buy weaned steers of quality breeding with proven performance. Note: Ellendon will offer a further 110 x lighter steers in today’s sale.
