A quality line of Vendor Bred "Mead Meadows Angus" weaned heifers, born 15/3/2021 onwards, Angus heifers calves sired by Genises, Leading Edge, and Mead Meadows M12, that are a true credit to their breeder. The cattle were yard weaned on the 06/12/2021 with the vendor handling the cattle regularly. Temperament is quiet and easy to handle through the yards. The heiers are displaying a great amount of frame and bone with plenty of shape to them as well. These steers are ready to take the next step and perform in any situation with all the hard work already being done by for you. The heifers are from a cow herd based on Bongongo,, Merridale, and Forres Angus studs with their grandsires being Mytty in Foucs and Ardrossan Admiral. Please note a couple of heifers have old pink eye scaring.

We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all. Her current bull calf by Rambo is an absolute ripper. Her maternal aunt is Lot 4, with both her and P303’s dam out of G117, sister to D71 who is the dam of H215.
