Paddock
Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers were very well mannered, having been yard weaned and handled through the force & crush on multiple occasions for both animal health treatments & education. We’re brought from the back yards by a single handler with no issues, led up the race exceptionally well, and were mostly very quiet on the scales, with the just the exception of a few that were a bit anxious (after their last visit was to be preg tested) These heifers were listed above as slightly stirry.

Assessor Comments
Lovely, soft, full-figured style females that ooze maternal appeal. Very long and deep, with beautiful skin, correct structure and a very pretty head. Originally selected as part of the keeper female draft. Unfortunately scanning empty at preg testing after a 7 week joining period, now giving the successful purchaser the option to shift them in to an Autumn calving program. Alternatively, appreciate the excellent weight for age & growth potential, by continuing on pastures to do a quick Supermarket turn over job with them, or carry out to those heavy export heifer weights.
