Cattle are notably very quiet and easy to handle. The weaners drafted off their mothers with ease and walked through the race and into the crush without any undue pressure. They were a pleasure to handle and would be suited to all levels of stock handlers. Vendors use low stress stock handling practices with their cattle.

Assessor Comments
Excellent opportunity to secure a line of exceptionally bred Angus steers with fantastic temperament and great genetics. The cattle are handled regularly with use of low stress stock handling practices resulting in a well mannered, user friendly line of steers. Cattle are often yarded on foot or by being called, with the temperament displayed being a true result of a limited stress environment. Steers are sired by Black Aqua bulls out of a Glenruben and Witherswood blood cow herd. Bulls are selected with a focus on temperament, feet and length of the body, with these steers being a prime example of all. With years of well bred breeding, this article would be ideal to target multiple avenues such as feeder, trade or export markets and will continue to grow into premium grassfed bullocks. Proven performers with numerous repeat buyers coming back due to the product produced by the operation. With so much potential in these steers, they are an article not to be missed.
