Assessor Comments
Buyers, here is a good line of lightweight well bred EU Angus & Angus cross weaned steers that are antibiotic free & grass only eligible. Steers have plenty of compensational weight gain and frame averaging 198kg. These Steers show nice depth of flank with length of body, and are very soft smooth easy doing types with nice volume. Steers are bred out of Carabar blood Angus and Angus- Angus Santa cross medium to large frame cows by Carabar Angus stud sires. Steers worked very quietly through yards. This is the annual turn off of Bidgel Grazing Angus steers. Note 1 steer had slight old blue eye scarring but not detrimental. Odd steer old lice rub mark but cleaning up. Vendor has other lines in same sale.
