Assessor Comments
A excellent draft of 104 weaned Angus/simm x Aungus steers. ACC Webb Black Simmentals. This is the lead draft of the steers with a light tail being removed. Out of the renowned Angus cow heard with the 50/50 Angus Simm Bulls used. These steers have been well weaned, being weaned back in mid December. Steers have been weaned onto summer crop and have been putting on good weight gain every day. Showing good bone, length and plenty of body these steer are ideal to take through the winter and into spring will meet Trad or Export markets given the right conditions. . Note : 14 straight Angus x Angus steers in the line have 1blue tag. A few steers have had pink eye in past but healed up not detrimental to the animal. Steers were very quiet and an absolute pleasure to handle through the yards come with my highest recommendation.
