Assessor Comments
An extremely high quality line of EU vendor bred Angus x Angus steers that have had a start on the crop and are full on compensatory weight gain. The Isla Angus steers are regularly sought after by leading feedlots and have won carcass competitions in the past. These steers are have plenty of frame to lay weight on instantly and are currently in the middle of losing their 'winter coat'. All care has been taken to remove any steers with two scarred eyes although the odd steer has a single slight scarring. Steers were weighed in a tight weight bracket of 300 to 300kg. NB: Same vendor has multiple other lots in same sale.
