Steers flowed well through the assessment process. Generally they are easy to handle with the odd steer becoming agitated in the race and crush but all calmed once through the draft and back in the mob. It is worth noting that there were a total of 500 steers in the yards at assessment.

On offer is a very even line of 110 Angus steers. These steers are in a tight weight range of 301 -331kg at assessment. Cattle are up to date with all their animal health treatments including a Bovilis MH+IBR in July and are on the do enjoying a fantastic season at Erdavale. Steers would suit backgrounding for the feedlot or could be grown out on grass to kill weights. Please not these steers are the Middle draft in a large run of 375 head offered across 4 lots that have been put together with trucking in mind. A great opportunity on the doorstep of Spring.
