On offer are a line of 110 Angus steers that will avg 322kgs curfewed (TAS), with a range of 285-385kgs full. Steers are Cluden Newry & Dunoon blood, with only industry leading Sires are used on Shanford Park. The Cow Herd are strictly culled on performance and temperament annually, along with structure and feet. These steers are in an ideal position to gain weight very quickly. Please note these are the tops of the drop. There is a strong emphasis at Shanford Park on bull selection, low birthweight to high growth with positive rib and rump fats are essential in wet winters and intense stocking rates. ## Please note our delivery terms - (Steers are still located in Tasmania) cattle will be delivered to Shanahan's Spelling Facility at Barnawartha or within 300kms of Port Melbourne at the Vendors expense. Steers can be fed and spelled at Feedyard for 1-2 days at Vendors expense.

Ryegrass (75%) and legume pastures; white, sub, red clovers (25%). Pastures are short and currently not providing top weight gains; cattle are currently gaining weight at 1.0kg per day.

Steers have been bought annually by the Tasmanian Feedlot at higher weights later in the season, first time in 5 years we have offered these calves for sale at this weight.

For Tasmanian Buyers, there is no B-double access. For Mainland Australian Buyers, cattle will be delivered to Shanahan's Spelling Yard at Barnawartha or within 300kms of Melbourne.

Cattle will be delivered to Shanahan's Feed Yard at Barnawartha, or within 300kms of Melbourne (at Vendor's expense). If delivered to Barnawartha the cattle will be spelled and fed for 1-2 days in feedyard on good feed at Vendors expense.

Nutrien Ag Solutions Terms & Conditions of Sale, 7-day payment terms are required once cattle are delivered. Sale will not be processed until cattle have arrived at their location.
