Properly educated cattle that are easy to handle. Felt comfortable at all times walking through them. Worked through the race well and stood on the scales calmly. A very odd steer was a little flighty when singled out but quickly settled once back with his mates.

Rare opportunity to obtain EU Accredited, Cold Country bred Steer Weaners direct from North End. The Pearce family present 284 Angus & Angus Cross Steers over 4 lots that would normally be retained, grown out and sold as feeders. Only offered now as weaners due to the tight seasonal conditions. Lead draft of the Black Baldy steers that present in store condition running in the hills & fog over winter and will really bounce ahead on warmer, lower country. Up to date with all animal health treatments. There were 2 steers noted at assessment with old pinkeye scarring but still had full sight and there was a small amount of wart & ringworm present on some cattle. Please note that there is no B-Double access at the property but the vendor will assist in trucking a deck to nearest delivery yards to assist with freight. Well bred, high country weaners offering a great opportunity to put together an attractive large line of 1 mark vendor bred steers.
