Steers were good to handle in the yards, they worked well through the yards and crush. There were no signs of aggression from any of the steers although the odd one stirred up when put under pressure or was separated from his mates. Steers were good to handle and inspect in the paddock prior to assessment in the yards.

Notable Traits
Traits
1 Head Mickey
Assessor Comments
A good line of mostly medium framed flatback backgrounder steers. A sample of 76 were mouthed with 72 milk teeth and 4, 1-2 T Steers have been running in light desert upland spinifex country with some areas of pulled improved country, so expect to see very good weight gains on heavier feed. Steers will suit feedlot backgrounders, we have received positive feedback from previous buyers in the Charleville and Moura districts who were pleased with there results. PLEASE NOTE there is 1 Mickey in the mob that was noticed after assessment.
