They are very good to handle through the yards. There were a couple that were agitated in the crush but settled down once let out. They are fresh Weaners so should settle down further by delivery. They will not receive any outside education prior to delivery.

117 VGQ HGP Free Vendor Bred Santa/Braford Cross Weaner Steers. Majority Exhibit Good Bone, Length, Depth and Frame for their breed and age. Ideal Steers to grow out to Trade or Heavy Feeder weights with majority having the capacity to make very good Bullocks. They have good feet, are quiet & are tidy around the head. They were 100% weighed & assessed after 15 hours off feed & water. Majority are between 200 & 300 kg with a handful either side. There are 62 Flatbacks & 55 Soft Crossbreds suitable for the Supermarket Job. They will be fed in the yards until delivery, so a prompt pickup is appreciated. The Grove has Prickly Acacia however Steers will be fed in yard until delivery so should pass most viable seed by then.
