Steers flowed well at assessment through race draft & then came back around for weighing. Steers were very well behaved in both facets with only the odd steer stirring up when forced in smaller yards. The vendor moves cattle around the yards using low stress stock handling techniques.

Buyers a very even line of 238 USDA/NOP Organic certified & never ever certified Angus backgrounding steers that are showing great weight for age and reaping the rewards of a great season. Steers present as good medium to large frame for age & weigh from 290 to 420kg full at assessment. This line of angus steers were 100% weighed at assessment with a 30 of the heaver weighted steers mouthed with only 2 x 2 tooths found the balance all milk teeth. At assessment 10 x head seen with slight blue eye, 3 x head with some older ring worm scarring & 3 x head with a splash of white on under belly behind pizzle. Buyers this a great run of Angus steers that will perform very well on crop, grass or grain. A total of 238 in the run being offered as 2 x lots 119 head with delivery being a run out the gate.
