Although station bred cattle used to running in big mobs, Cattle worked very well without stress in good yards with experienced stock handlers. Were a pleasure to assess.

Assessor Comments
On offer by "Mannion Pastoral" Ex Lake Wallace stn are 120 head of the annual draft of 2023 drop Angus x Angus cross steers. At assessment weighed 251-443kg to average 322.3kg. Sired by Larrikin Angus bulls over Angus, Hereford and very small percentage droughtmaster cross cows. These steers have matured well with the season in the far west and present in forward store condition. Being marked in July steers are showing good growth, stretch and muscle for age and have previously preformed well in the paddock and feedlot alike. Although used to running in big mobs in large paddocks these cattle have been well handled showing good temperament and were a pleasure to work in the yards.
*Note; 2 x with small wart, 1 x eye treated with terramycin can be removed on request. neither deemed detrimental.
*Note; vendor is offering other lines in todays sale:- 87 x Ax steers Av 324.3kg, 71 x AA heifers Av 278.5kg and 63 x Ax heifers Av 318.1kg.
