Buyers here is an opportunity to secure a VGQ line of Vendor bred weaned steers. Steers showing good bone, depth and length due to the British, Euro /Bos Indicus cross. Bred from Large framed Hereford and Hereford /Santa cross cows by Santa and Euro Bulls. the majority are all out of the Wansey herd with some coming back from the Vendors other property at Surat at weaning , these steers are highly sought after by repeat feedlot buyers when normally sold at heavier weights and are proven performers on Grass or grain. Steers are ideally suited to the oats buyer to take through to Lucrative Pasture Fed programes having never had antibiotics or grain, alternatively they are drafted into a tight weight range to suit feedlot entry for the Domestic feeder market . Please note two steers observed to be later cut at weaning and one with slightly cloudy eye neither considered detrimental. Vendor also has 2 decks Beefmaster strs this sale.
