Comment on Fat Score 1 Cattle
Steers display minimal fat cover generally due to recent rain and deteriorating poor season proir to rain. Currently on a rising plane of nutrition, therefore strong to travel 800 km with a break required. If travelling further then 800km, after a 24 hour spell steers appear to be very capable of going further.

Assessor Comments
EU Accredited, Quality line of majority RED Angus and Angus cross, number 4 STEERS. Weaned September 2024. A line of store flat back steers offering an astute buyer the opportunity to acquire a line with plenty of frame in light condition to take advantage of a large COMPENSATORY GAIN on fresh productive pasture. Mostly good confirmation, depth and length contributing to heavy carcase dressing weights when finished. Well handled, displaying generally good temperament. Good quality and fair frame for age. Steers ideal to take on for backgrounding to a feedlot or grass bullocks. Herd is originally Ex “Teys Brothers” (Dams included in property transaction). Approximately 2 steers in this line noted for a small blue scar on eye, not appearing to be majorly effecting vision. 1 other Mob available this sale of the same steers, except they are black to make 6 decks.
