Buyers, here is a A grade line of well bred EU steers that average 295kg. Steers have tremendous softness with bone and muscle expression, great length, depth of flank and type with plenty of volume and skin. They are bred out of soft medium to large frame Simmental, Santa and Droughtmaster cross cows by Top quality stud Simmental, Santa and Hereford sires. These steers are very quiet to handle. Note 2 steers had slight blue eye spec, but not detrimental. Vendor has other line in same sale.
