The steers were very calm onto the scales they then walked through very quietly & out to the side yard - a small number were fidgety in the crush however gave no trouble in the yard or out.

Exceptional quality weaner steers showing good bone, length, frame and great disposition. Presenting in strong forward store to fresh condition. Yard weaned & educated 4 to 9 days by sale day they are expected to grow well and perform to their potential on good feed. Assessed in two family lots - 74 by Bauhinia Park Angus & poll Char bulls from Charolais & Char/Charbray and a small number of brahman cows and the second are 54 by Bauhinia Park Angus & poll Brangus bulls from Brangus & Char x cows - all good soft steers. The Glenaras cows are top quality & large frame. The photos show the mob characteristics. Again these steers are very docile and great to handle - and highly recommended.

The Glenaras herd have been bred from high grade quality Charbray & Brangus cows using Bauhinia Park Charolais, Brangus Polls & Angus bulls.
Grazing Conditions
A very good stand of Mitchell & native herbages with Buffel grass in the channels.
54 weaned from the cows Wednesday 12/08 and 74 Monday 17/08 - Weaned onto good quality irrigated Barley hay - tailed out and hay ad lib until delivery.
