Assessor Comments
"Horse Creek" have presented a fantastic line of fresh and sappy Ultrablack/Droughtmaster cross heifers. Heifers are by 'Palgrove Skyfall', a bull with a great temperament and commendable EBVs. They are only 4.5 - 7 months old, they are extremely soft heifers that show good weight for age, growth and depth of barrel and present a fantastic opportunity to value add to an existing herd or will make a great starter herd on their own. Considering these are not as yet weaned they are relatively quiet when separated from their mothers. Heifers will remain on their mothers up until delivery and are ready to have some feed put in front of them to power away at weaning. Vendor has steers in todays auction as well. These were actually in the yards for a 12 hour curfew and were separated from the cows overnight so a partial delivery adjustment has been applied. There is one heifer that looks to be missing her tail brush (see video) but no issues expected.
