Opportunity to acquire 14 EU accredited top quality Hereford heifers. The MacLeod family have been breeding high quality cattle for generations, with it showing in these heifers. They are large framed, long bodied heifers that weighed in at 453kg curfewed at only 15-16 months of age. These heifers are sired by Guilford Poll Hereford bulls with the herd being based for the last 20 years on Injemira Herefords. Exceptional heifers that are ready to take a bull of your choice. The MacLeod Family Steer often top the weaner sales at NVLX Barnawartha and are highly sought after by repeat feed lotters & bullock growers. These heifers are classed in breeders that are now surplus to requirements with a 20% tail removed at assessment. High Quality breeders of the future. Buyers please note one heifer with a small blemish on one eye not affecting vision. Vendor is also offering another 30 Angus & Angus x heifers in this sale.
