A small but very neat line of well bred Angus and Angus cross heifers. The Montrose herd is majority straight Angus that have used mostly AI sires including Total Impact, JMB Traction and Hazeldean G108 genetic lines in their herd for some time. Heifers are well grown and present in forward store to fresh condition. This line offers a a couple of options, heifers are cycling and would make good replacement heifers to put to the bull of your choice or they offer a backgrounding option as they are up in the weights and would not take much finishing for the domestic trade feedlot market or put on to feed and finish for the domestic supermarket trade. Good quality heifers not to be missed, Heifers are grass fed and antibiotic free. Please see a line of Angus steers from the same vendor in this sane sale.

P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
