The heifers are very good to handle when moved throughout the yard to draft & weigh moving freely without any rush or need to block up. The heifers were a little agitated when isolated in the crush otherwise display the typical quiet temperament of the Latrobe herd.

Assessor Comments
Very good quality Droughtmaster heifers 10 to 13 months. CERTIFIED ORGANIC, USDA & NATIONAL ACCREDITED & EU. Light backgrounding steers that have enormous potential with tonnes of breeding and performance history behind them. The Latrobe Droughtmaster stud & commercial herd carry a great reputation as noted performing cattle in all markets. Heifers that have experienced very favorable seasonal conditions and are expected to perform well either on grass or feed. I cannot emphasis enough the general good nature of these cattle, they are exceptional quality with length, bone, shape and frame to grow out further - Highly recommended. 5 family brands. Due to the larger number assessed the curfew time ranged from 15-20 hours , the cattle were off feed and water for that period so have had a large curfew.
