The quietest mob of cattle I have assessed this year, as seen in videos. 3 Steers did become agitated and uncomfortable when being mouthed but instantly calm when back with the mob. Very well-handled cattle.

Assessor Comments
A quality line of 6 decks (144 head) of Angus, Santa, and Brahman cross #4 steers. 28% are vendor-bred with the balance purchased, all HGP-free. The steers have been weighed, with a sample mouthed showing only 10–15% breaking 2 teeth. They have been performing well on a mix of green feed and hayed-off grass and are now ready to go onto grain or an oats crop. They present as a line of flatback crossbred steers, with only 10 head showing slight signs of hump or crest. The mob was very good to handle and are exceptionally quiet cattle. Please note: The vendor is also offering 340 Brahman cross steers in the same sale. Delivery is set for 8th–10th September, with the preference to deliver all lots on the same day.
