Extremely quiet young cattle to handle throughout assessment. Brought up from the back yards by a single handler without any hassle. All calmly loaded in to the race, entered & exited the crush at a walk, just one doing a bit of stomping, listed above as slightly stirry. Cattle that could be easily handled by a stockman of any experience.

Assessor Comments
Tops of the Drop of the Colquhoun Park Heifers. Healthy young heifers carrying pure Jarobee Angus blood from a self replacing herd of large framed matrons. These are long, deep, structurally correct young females with plenty of weight carrying capacity, out of very large framed females. This will be the first time the tops of the drop have been offered for sale, after making the decision to reduce numbers and not retain and heifers this year, presenting a rare opportunity to secure some very well renowned, high performing females. Colquhoun Park regularly selling steers in the front lane at the Premier Spring weaner sales at Wangaratta. The seconds of the heifers have been purchased on repeat occasions by in-house clients and have proven to perform in both feeder, supermarket & export weight brackets and as breeders.
