Heifers were very well behaved throughout assessment. All leading up the race calmly, and sensibly stepping on the scales. 1 heifer quite nervous, jumping about on the scales, listed above as stirry, another heifer, just slightly anxious, some rocking back/fourth but exiting at a walk, listed above as slightly stirry. All let out into a side yard as they were weighed, which is where they were photographed. This yard was only sheep panels down one side, despite this, no heifers misbehaved.

Very nice line of young weaned Heifers. Out of large framed, well bred Angus Cows, purchased locally from some well renowned herds (McIntosh family, Bonegilla - Table Top Angus Blood. Hillgrove Star Pastoral, Bungowannah - Te Mania Angus Blood) By select Angus & Charolais sires, being Jade Park Angus & Huon Charolais. Heifers have been properly yard weaned and kept going on Lucerne & Clover Hay before returning to the paddock. These are an ideal line of vendor bred females to background onto some promising Spring pastures and then head to the bunkers to finish off for a supermarket job.
