Assessor Comments
An even line of Angus heifers that have been weighed in a tight weight range of 34 kgs purely only drafted out to complement the tops of the heifers. There is a large emphasis on having quiet cattle in this management program and these heifers are exactly that. In the last month the heifers have been putting on over 1 kg per day with the best doing 1.8 kgs per day. You can see this in the cattle with most calves starting to lose their winter coats and freshen up. This line of calves were weighed from 254 kgs to 288 kgs. There is a few heifers that have pink eye scarring that are unphased by this. Please note there is the tops out of these Heifers offered in the same sale.
