Weaners were a pleasure to handle. Odd one a bit unsettled on the scales, typical of freshly weaned calves. All settled after assessment and content with human interaction.

Complete drop of vendor bred 2022 drop Angus heifers off “Glenayre”. They are out of large framed Tulagi blood Angus dams (700-1000kg when mature and fat) sired by Talooby blood Angus bulls. With a curfew weight of 272kg at 7.5-9 months of age these heifers have not had a set back. They will mature into heavy boned large framed dams if required. They have been yard weaned on the 12/05/23 and will remain contained until delivery on quality vetch hay. 100% grass fed and antibiotic free. Top quality young Angus heifers that will continue to perform given feed. Ideal future breeders with years of genetics behind them but would also be suitable for a feeder or kill program. Quiet breeder weaners that come highly recommended. Please note vendor is also offering 22 steers in todays sale should you require the numbers to help fill a truck. A prompt delivery is preferred.
