Vendor bred Angus weaned steers, that were bred on lighter Rocky River country (40km east of Tenterfield) and trucked to Vendor's Tenterfield property for weaning. Steers weighed from 157 - 231kg to average 203.7kg full with an estimated delivery weight of 193.6kg . Cattle are generally worked with horses and dogs and were fine to handle during assessment with their limited handling. The restricted access due to river flooding lead to late marking (rings) with 7 steers still having their purse attached and a one steer showing pizzle. Nothing looks bully in the head. Brother and sister lots in same sale.
