Comment on Fat Score 1 Cattle
1x steer was a fat score 1 but was very strong at assessment and will hit the ground running shown the right nutrition. The feed on Beaudoo has dried out and the nutrients in the natural pasture is lacking. All steers were drenched at assessment with IVOMECTIN.

These steers were a pleasure to handle right throughout drafting and weighing process. Each steer stood still on the scales in the crush and waited contently then walked on when asked to move. An 80 year old helped draft these cattle for assessment.

Assessor Comments
A Quality Line of Angus & Angus cross steers presenting in a forward store condition. These Steers were weighed after a massive 12 hour curfew overnight. Steers were drenched at Assessment which gives the intended purchaser confidence that they will hit the ground running given the right nutrition. RARE OPPURTINITY to purchase Angus & Angus cross steers originally Brewarrina bred showing great Stretch and length to finish off into a heavy feeder or fatten for the trade markets through the winter. Everything is done "just need a fresh paddock of feed". Note- 1 steer showed signs of old warts scarring @ assessment but wasn't deemed detrimental. There will also be 1 lot of weaned ANGUS X steers (lighter) and 1 lot of Angus Cross heifers offered in the same sale from the same property.
