Assessor Comments
A nice line of 19 x Aug/ Sep 2025 Drop unweaned Angus Steers. Bred on Yanvilla by SAV blood sires, the steers present well as a group. They exhibit excellent coat type and are well put together steers. Although unweaned, the steers display good temperament and are at an age where they are almost self weaned. A great opportunity to purchase well bred calves suited to backgrounding on winter crops for entry to feedlots later in 2026. The steers are bred out of medium to large framed females. One steer presents as slightly masculine; he was marked late and will soften over the coming months. Note: B J Byrnes will offer a line of heifers from the same drop in today's sale.
