Generally a very good run of steers to handle. These calves are well educated in the yards and only the very odd steer became slightly stirry when pressure was applied, but settled quickly when back with the mob.

A neat line of 20 June/July 2025 drop Angus Steers offered by the Bunting Family. Only being offered due to dry seasonal conditions these steers have been grown out to heavy feeders most years and are rarely available as lighter weight calves. Approximately 40% of these steers have been sired by the AI sires Millah Murrah Quartz Q29 with the balance by top quality Bannaby Angus bulls. These steers are the tops of their drop and show wonderful weight for age, all weighed 350kg plus at assessment. These calves have not only the genetic ability; but they also present with all the bone and length required to eventually reach domestic and export slaughter weights. Note there is a further 66 steers offered in this sale giving purchasers the ability to put together a B-Double load of 1 mark, top quality Angus weaner steers. An opportunity not to be missed.
