Due to the assessment being the first time these cattle have been handled in the yards apart from branding, the temperment score looks worse than what it is. None of these cattle showed any signs of aggression. They were very anxious when human presence was around and moved quickly when pressured often looking to create a bigger gap between you and them, these cattle will be handled thoroughly between assessment and delivery, I expect the cattle to be much quieter after more human interaction.

Here is a nice little line of Crossbred cattle consisting of 10 steers and 12 heifers. This line of cattle show plenty of potential to grow out to heavier weights. Cattle will be Yard weaned until delivery and handled daily being yarded on good quality hay of a night and walked out to the cooler yard to feed during the day. As stated in the Temperment comments they will have plenty of handling between assessment and delivery and i would expect them to be much more quiet and easy to handle in the yards after more human presence. After the lock up i would expect good compensatory gain out of these cattle once they have settled into their new environment.
