Heifers on inspection were very settled in the yard, showing limited reaction to new faces. The cattle were still very respectful if needing to be blocked with approximately 7 heifers pushing some excess in the race.

Bowmans Forest herd is based on carefully selected sires with a herd focus on ease of handling, fertility and structurally sound cattle. Shown the right conditions, these heifers would be ideal to grow out to feeder weights, fatten for a heavy export market. Grassfed only, Antibiotic free. Please note there is a lead draft of 66 heifers being offered in 2 lots of 33 run out the gate in the same sale.
