Cattle were excellent to handle throughout the assessment, all went through the yards and crush multiple times and were very compliant,.The Newnham cattle have clearly had extensive handling & education during weaning. Excellent temperament.

Annual draft of RP&JS Newnham weaner steers. These tops of the drop steers all weighed in a tight 320-390kg bracket (full) and are of excellent quality. Steers are The Glen & Ardrossan blood and show great growth, depth and frame for age. Cattle are well weaned and are on the move on silage and access to grass fed pellets in lick feeders. These steers often enjoy support from repeat buyers and make ideal backgrounding or grass fattening steers. Greenhams never ever accredited. Outstanding temperament.
