Assessor Comments
Good quality line of young heifers to take on as future breeders or to feed. These heifers are normally retained as future breeders but given the current dry time they cannot be retained. Heifers were good to handle in the yards and in the paddock. Heifers averaged 354kg at assessment & are Tivoli, Pine Creek & Hazeldean blood lines and are out of medium to large frame cows. Cattle have been Drenched for Lice in july and hair has all come back well. Started on the oats crop since May and are really starting to power ahead and come out of their winter coat. Intending buyers please note one heifer has a old pink eye scar but is not deemed detrimental. One heifer has small lump behind her jaw but is not deemed detrimental and is optional to take out of the mob. Please see Image of small lump in photos. N.B vendor has another lot (lighter heifers) in same sale.
