Very well handled cattle. A % of steers became unsettled in crush while being weighed but resettled once released back into mob. In holding yards during photos a % of steers tended to move away from people and trotted around yard which made the balance of the mob slightly unsettled. No malice showed towards people and steers could be blocked and drafted with no troubles.

22 vendor bred predominantly Droughtmaster weaned steers presenting in store condition with a LWT range at assessment 155 - 217kg full to an estimated average delivery weight of 166.6kg. The Craigie station cattle are very well bred and renowned for their doing ability and steers would suit to background for the feedlot market or fatten as bullocks. Steers are PCAS and grasslands eligible. Note; Steers showing light rub markets suggesting they could have lice but were treated on 02.07.24. Not considered detrimental. Same vendor has multiple lots in this sale.
