UPC SPEND A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME AT WEANING TO SET CALVES UP. THESE GUYS ARE NO DIFFERENT. GREAT TO HANDLE, MOVE OFF YOU A LITTLE AND WILL BLOCK UP. THE ODD STEER WAS A LITTLE PUSHY WHILST COMING ONTO THE CRUSH, BUT RESPONDED WELL WHEN MADE TO BACK UP AND WAIT THEIR TURN.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY EXISTS TO PURCHASE WELL BRED, WELL HANDLED STEER WEANERS THAT ARE BRED TO PERFORM. THIS LOT WEIGH FROM 250-320KG TO AVE 287.KG FULL AT ASSESSMENT. AS MENTIONED, CALVES ARE BY HIGH INDEXING BULLS FROM BOTH THE MILWILLAH AND TABLE TOP STUDS. STEERS IN PREVIOUS YEARS HAVE BEEN WELL SORT AFTER BY RESTOCKERS, BACKGROUNDERS AND FEEDLOTTERS ALIKE. UPC IS IN THE TOP 30% IN KILLARA'S BENCH MARKING. BECAUSE OF CONFINEMENT FEEDING, 4 STEERS HAD A BLEMISH IN AN EYE, 4 HAD SLIGHT SCARRING IN BOTH EYES (SIGHT IS GOOD). A 15% TAIL HAS BEEN REMOVED AND WILL NOT BE OFFERED.
