Assessor Comments
Offering 263 good quality crossbred backgrounder steers. These steers averaged 327kg live at assessment. The steers are branded No.0 and No.1 and the biggest 26 were mouthed at assessment with only 2 found to have two teeth or cutting (please see photos). The steers present with plenty of frame and are really powering along with the green feed on offer. Buyers these steers will not disappoint with the Willsdown Pastoral cattle having a very good name for being, good doing cattle especially in feedlot situations. Please note at assessment the following was noted. Ten were sighted with lumps on the neck from previous Botulism needles, 4 with a lightly weeping eye, 2 with an old blight scar. Also noted 2 steers sighted with slightly swollen purses but are soft to touch when checked.
