Assessor Comments
27 Angus steers that were weaned in November 2023. In good condition to travel and have cleaned up in the coats and really starting to do well after being weaned onto DDG pellets and silage. All sired by Sugar Loaf Stud Angus Bulls - bulls are selected for growth and confirmation. They have access to silage but have not had any pellets for 2 weeks. They will be moved around a number of small paddocks close handy. Out of good medium and large frame females these steers should have plenty of growth ahead of them. Steers that will go on to meet a wide range of markets - local trade to heavy grain or grass fattened. 27 vendor bred steers. NB Vendor has another 26 weaned Angus steers in same sale, along with a neighbouring property has 25 weaned Angus steers in the sale.
