These heifers were a pleasure to handle through the assessment process. They have had ample human interaction. One heifer was a bit unsettled over the scales but content once back in the mob.

Assessor Comments
One mark NSM Angus X Angus heifers. These heifers were purchased ex Wagga on account the breeder “Curralee Pastoral Co” Wagga. The herd is based on Rennylea and Bongongo Angus genetics. 100% have been weighed 222-296kg after a 6 hour curfew to average 251kg. After a tough autumn they have averaged 1kg/hd/day since purchasing and are just hitting their straps. They were comfortable with human interaction having been properly weaned and they settled properly for photos and a video following assessing. Very well mannered weaners and are currently running in a larger mob being rotationally grazed. Health treatments are up to date and they are 100% grass fed and antibiotic free, presenting suitable to feeding or future breeding. Winter coats are just starting to clean up.
