Cattle are run in large mobs and haven't had a lot of experience in the yards. When being pushed through the race and on the scales, cattle showed limited signs of distress, with only a small percentage becoming agitated. Steers were respectful when being blocked and stayed in close proximity when being photographed. Considering these steers are only freshly weaned, they behaved well and will continue to settle with age and regular handling.
