Assessor Comments
A good quality line of vendor bred EU Angus feeder steers from the Rafferty family breeding program that has over 40 years in the business. The breeding program prides its self on breeding Quality cattle that consistently meet the needs of feedlots and processors, Bred from quality New England Genetics including Wattle Top, Glenavon, Eastern Plains & Glen Morgan angus. Steers present in perfect feeder condition and are primed for the feedlot as they offer very good compensatory weight gains as they are all frame as they have endured a continued dry spell, showing plenty of stretch and bone with capacity and thickness to match to handle a short or long fed program or finishing on grass as they tick the grass fed and anti biotic free box as well. Deteriorating Seasonal conditions sees theses steers getting offered at earlier wights than usual offering a great chance to buy a good quality line of well bred EU Angus steers that are ideal to go straight onto feed.
