Assessor Comments
Nice run of Angus / composite steers that have had everything done to them and they are ready to go. Weight - 239 - 352kg to Ave 298 at assessment. Steers are by Hicks composite bulls. Vendor selects bulls for high marbling, high early growth and muscle whilst maintaining sound structure. They are well weaned, good to handle and being supplemented silage in their paddock. Great steers to grow out to kill weights or heavy feeders. NOTE - 2 steers have small scurs, 1 steer has small amount of white around his cod. 1 steer is red and can be removed from the line if the purchaser wishes. 2 steers have an old pinkeye scar - not detrimental to their performance at all.
