These Heifers have a tendency to run when first put in the yards. A few did not settle and were a bit stirry in the yards but more trying to get away rather than take you on. One did not enjoy the experience and was constantly looking at you , to be fair we did run them in and start assessing. The last time through the yards was to be pregnancy tested.They are Heifers that are easier to handle if left to settle first. Overall Heifers that are best handled by experienced operators.

A tidy line of well bred pregnancy tested empty Millah Murrah blood Heifers that are going forward and are the ideal weight and condition to join now. These Heifers are some of the Heifers that were to be retained in herd as future breeders. They were pregnancy tested empty on the 13th of June by the local vet. The season at joining was very tough with a falling plane of nutrition and very dry conditions, hence a percentage did not join. This is an ideal opportunity to buy quality Heifers and join to the bull of your choice, they will make for very good breeders.Alternatively they will finish very quickly on grain or grass As you can see by the videos they have the frame , conformation and muscle pattern you would expect from the Millah Murrah blood lines. The breeder has selected bulls on type not price and this shows through. Inspections prior to sale welcome.
