The Reynolds Family Delhi Downs bred heifers once again handled with ease throughout the drafting and assessing process with only a couple of heifers getting slightly agitated on the scales but generally walked off the platform and settled immediately once back with their group. Excellent temperament in these young females.

Assessor Comments
Annual offering of the surplus to requirement Delhi Downs bred heifer weaners carrying decades of early top end selection of Glenruben Angus bloodlines. Bred out of big roomy females, these heifers would suit either the breeder to carry on and join as herd replacing females or fatten in to heavy heifers. Note tail end and lesser quality heifers were removed at assessment to satisfy any enquiry from the future breeder. Noted 3 heifers with small old pinkeye scar that didn't appear to affect sight in any way. The Reynolds Family heifers displayed very good manners as is the norm and I would deem them easy to handle by cattle handlers of all abilities.
