The slightly stirry heifers in the race & crush mostly walked away & settled once back with the mob. The stirry heifers in the yards ran away from the mob & were unsettled in the mob. These heifers would require more handling in the yards to improve behavior.

These Angus x heifers will suit a backgrounder that does trade feeders . Could also be taken through to heavy feeder weights. Of the heifers handled there was 3 with ring worm scarring & 2 heifers had fat around the pins. A small % of heifers showed signs of lice at assessment . Buyers please note due to the wet seasonal conditions there is excess mud on legs & body. Vendor has 56 steers listed same sale. Steers & heifers will run together until delivery.
