Assessor Comments
A fair to mostly good and very good quality line of vendor bred Angus EU accredited steers. With medium to large frame they suit to background to mid or heavy Angus export feeder weights. These steer are Grasslands accredited and are eligible for most other Grassfed programs (they have had access to cottonseed). Approx 30% of the line were weaned in 2024 with the balance 2025 weaners. After a slow winter season they are moving ahead nicely on fresh spring pastures. Two steers noted with slight blue spot on one eye and four noted with small number of warts on face - not considered detrimental. Seven steers noted with small amount of white on rear underline or around cod. They have had 5 in 1 with a booster at weaning. Please note another line of heavier AA Bovilis treated steers available in same sale to fill B Double truck if required.
