Well conditioned heifers surging ahead on very good feed. They are surplus to requirements showing a range of quality with the top half good enough to take on as future breeders while all would suit to finish on grass, crop or grain to GAQ carcases. The majority of these heifers would also be suitable for the local butcher trade. Mostly medium frame, there are 5 heifers showing smaller frame, earlier maturing types. Four head have a slight blue spot on the eye, they were treated at assessment. One of these heifers can be clearly seen in the photos. Parallel assessment by Lawrence Sehmish-Lahey.
