Heifers worked easily through yards and crush. About 9 got anxious on crush, quickly calming when removed from crush. Please keep in mind heifers were preg tested prior to be weighed, so they had 2 runs through race.

Buyers 37 Angus, Angus cross heifers originally purchased ex Tamworth Store sale November 2025 as light heifers. NVD from that sale states they were consigned from Walcha NSW district. Heifers have been impressive from the start, being as quiet and easily to handle as they are. They have also done tremendously well, they have been running on vendors oats for 2 weeks prior to assessment and are really going ahead. Preg tested prior to being weighed for assessment, buy with confidence, no bull near them and are preg tested empty (certificate available). Would make ideal replacement heifers or continue on for the kill.
About 9 heifers observed may have slight Santa influence, slight leather on navel. 2 heifers seen with warts, 6 seen with blue eye scaring, 2 of which have patches in both eyes, definitely not blind. 1 heifer with short or cut off tail. 1 heifer has lost her white breeder NLIS tag and will be replaced with orange post breeder tag.
