Weaners were yarded up from large feed yards and worked through sound handling facilities with free flowing movement and released off assessment area with no flight issues observed. These young cattle are showing good temperament and have been well handled.

39 Wagyu angus cross weaned steers complete drop born late 22 early 23. Usually sold as live export yearlings into the Japanese market. Wagyu sire is Trentbridge L0171, cows are angus used in Wagyu cross calf production program. Weaners show healthy heavy rough winter coat and are benefiting from weaning lock up with good quality lucerne hay and dry forage. Have had 2 5in2 vaccinations and cydectin backline treatment. No eye, feet or body faults observed and cattle showed no mobility issues.
